5. The Agreement

  • The agreement is concluded when you complete your order and receive confirmation from LuxVContours.

  • Orders placed electronically are confirmed via email.

  • LuxVContours reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraudulent activity or cannot fulfill the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

  • Customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to cancel their order for a full refund.

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition with all accessories.

  • Detailed return instructions will be provided with your order.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable products or items with a short shelf-life.

  • Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that were opened.

  • Digital products after download or activation.

9. Pricing

10. Compliance & Warranty

  • Products sold meet the specifications described on LuxVContours and comply with US laws and regulations.

  • Manufacturer or seller warranties do not affect your legal rights under US consumer protection laws.

11. Delivery

  • Products are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

  • Standard delivery is within 30 days, unless otherwise stated.

  • If an item is unavailable, you will be notified promptly and may cancel or choose a replacement.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

12. Duration & Termination
